Our Approach
Look, we get it. Committing to a financial research course isn't exactly cheap. And sometimes things don't work out the way you planned.
This policy explains when you can request a refund and what to expect from the process. We've tried to keep it straightforward because nobody likes reading policy documents (ourselves included).
When You Can Request a Refund
Not every situation qualifies for a refund. These are the scenarios where we can help:
Within 14 Days
If you've accessed less than 20% of the course materials and it's been fewer than 14 days since enrollment, you're eligible for a full refund. No questions asked – though we'd appreciate feedback about what didn't work for you.
Technical Issues
If our platform isn't working properly and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe, we'll issue a full refund. You shouldn't pay for something you can't access.
Course Cancellation
In the rare event we need to cancel a program before completion, you'll receive a full refund of any unused portion. This hasn't happened yet, but we want you to know where we stand.
Duplicate Payment
Accidentally enrolled twice? Payment processing errors happen. We'll refund the duplicate charge as soon as you contact us about it.
How to Request a Refund
Submit Your Request
Email us at contact@verilomarca.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Include your full name, course name, and enrollment date. The more details you provide, the faster we can process your request.
Response time: Within 2 business daysReview Process
We'll check your account status, course access history, and verify eligibility. One of our team members will reach out if we need additional information or clarification about your request.
Processing time: 3-5 business daysDecision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and payment method. If denied, we'll tell you why and discuss alternative options.
Notification: Within 1 business day of decisionRefund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer – we can't speed this up on our end, unfortunately.

Enrolled by Mistake
You accidentally purchased the wrong course or enrolled when you didn't mean to. Happens more often than you'd think – especially during late-night browsing sessions.
Full refund if you contact us within 14 days and haven't accessed more than 20% of materials. After that, we'll need to assess on a case-by-case basis.
Changed Career Plans
Life happens. Your job situation changed, or you've decided to pursue a different career path entirely. We understand that priorities shift.
Eligible for refund only within the 14-day window with minimal course access. After that period, we can't offer refunds, but we can transfer your enrollment to a different program if available.
Course Wasn't What You Expected
The content didn't match what you were looking for, or the difficulty level wasn't right. This is actually the most common reason people request refunds.
Full refund available within 14 days if you've completed less than 20% of the course. We genuinely want feedback about what didn't meet expectations so we can improve.
Financial Hardship
An unexpected financial situation makes it difficult to justify the course cost. Job loss, medical expenses, or other emergencies.
We evaluate these requests individually. While we can't guarantee a refund outside our standard policy, we'll work with you to find a solution – whether that's a payment plan, course freeze, or partial refund.
Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. Here's what to expect for each type:
Credit Card
Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Your bank might take an additional 2-3 days to post it to your statement. Check your account under the original transaction.
Debit Card
Processing takes 7-10 business days. Debit transactions sometimes take longer to reverse than credit cards. Contact your bank if it doesn't appear after 10 days.
PayPal
Usually the fastest option – refunds show up within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a notification from PayPal when the refund is processed.
Bank Transfer
We'll need your bank details to process the refund. Allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we initiate the transfer.
Important Things to Know
- Once you've completed more than 20% of a course, refunds aren't available. You've already accessed a significant portion of the content at that point.
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days from enrollment won't be processed unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- If you received a discounted rate or used a promotional code, the refund will be for the amount you actually paid, not the full price.
- Access to course materials is immediately revoked once a refund is processed. You won't be able to download or view content after that point.
- Partial refunds aren't available for individual modules. Our pricing is for the complete program.
- If you're enrolled in a payment plan, only payments already made are eligible for refund. Future installments will be cancelled.
- Certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued. You're paying for the credential at that point.
- Group enrollments and corporate packages have different refund terms. Contact us directly for details.
